The PON.TE project is a tool to combat poverty and social exclusion among the most vulnerable segments of the population, whose precarious conditions have been exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic and the conflict in Ukraine. It has become necessary to provide a response to these issues both in terms of housing and economic support, through a project aimed at the most vulnerable population groups. The overall objective of PON.TE is to promote social inclusion and counter the marginalization of the population at risk in the territory of Turin, through the following actions:

1. Guidance and facilitation regarding access to local services, with the aim of identifying the appropriate welfare interlocutor.
2. Support for the self-sufficiency of individuals and families experiencing social vulnerabilities related to employment, economic conditions, and housing.
3. Training offers directed at the individuals and families being assisted, including short courses, vocational training, and training courses for the employees.
