La Fondazione European Research Institute (ERI) ricerca un consulente legale per la predisposizione dei contratti per il progetto SAFER – “Safe and legAl alternatives for Pakistani potEntial migrants and migrants on the Route”, con particolare attenzione ai contratti da stipulare con i fornitori pakistani.

Mansioni 

  1. Predisporre i necessari contratti con subcontractors e fornitori di beni e servizi, con particolare attenzione a quelli coinvolti in territorio pakistano, nell’ambito del progetto SAFER. Le indicazioni sui contratti da predisporre verranno fornite dal Project Manager.
  2. Al termine dell’incarico fornire al Project Manager una relazione che confermi che tutte le mansioni richieste sono state completate.

  • Possesso di Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza.
  • Iscrizione all’Ordine degli Avvocati.
  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza lavorativa.
  • Esperienza in ambito di diritto del lavoro.
  • Esperienza in ambito di contrattualistica civile e del lavoro. 
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia orale che scritta.

Preferenziali:

  • Residenza a Torino.
  • Pregressa prestazione di servizi nell’ambito di progetti europei.

TRANSNATIONAL SERVICES FOR AWARENESS RAISING, NETWORKING AND CAPACITY BUILDING ACTIVITY SUPPORT IN CENTRAL EUROPE

ERI Hungary – European Research Institute Nonprofit Ltd Co (ERI Hungary), the communication partner of “Central Europe Green PRocurement and Innovation Network for Circular Economy” (CE-PRINCE) project led by Liguria Region, is seeking the services for awareness raising, networking and capacity building support for the implementation of the Interreg Central Europe project.

Details of the CE-PRINCE project and other relevant and important terms and conditions of the services requested are set out in the Terms of Reference which form part of this call for proposals and will form part of the service contract.

Duties

The awarded organisation shall perform the following tasks:

  1. Support the work of the CE-PRINCE Advisory Board (AB) through engaging experts across Europe and acting as a link towards European bodies and networks working on Circular Economy and Green Public Procurement.
    1. Representing the link between the project and stakeholders at the regional, national and European level, aiming at building an open dialogue on C/GPP towards policymakers.
    2. Reinforcing the stakeholder involvement in the project results both form the public authorities and companies’ sides.
  2. Promote the CE-PRINCE approach to have a resonance within European networks, raise awareness of the importance of C/GPP, and widespread knowledge transfer at different levels (policy, governance, international professional organizations and networks and external stakeholders).
    1. Reaching at least 250 local, regional, and national governments with the CE- PRINCE approach, communication materials and project results;
    2. Engaging and activating organisations for cooperation in the project;
    3. Supporting the CE-PRINCE capacity building and peer-to-peer exchange and demand-supply symposia on C/GPP activities with experts and expertise;
    4. Contributing to the development and sharing of the CE-PRINCE news, press releases, social media contents and leaflets via their network for at least 300 organisations.

Desirable requirements:

  • Proven experience in management of EU funded green projects.
  • Previous experience with projects on Green Public Procurement.
  • Previous participation in the implementation of EU-funded projects.

CONSULTANCY SERVICES BY RESEARCHER

The European Research Institute Foundation (ERI) is seeking the services of a researcher to
conduct focus group discussions with participants in the events of the proposed awareness
campaign within the framework of the project “Safe and legAl alternatives for Pakistani
potEntial migrants and migrants on the Route” (SAFER).
Duties
The awarded consultant shall perform the following tasks:

  1. Attend a preliminary online meeting with the Project Coordinator during which he/she
    will receive instructions and guidelines in order to better carry out the required tasks.
  2. Study the guidelines for the FGDs provided by the Project Coordinator.
  3. The methodology outlined in the guidelines must be followed throughout all FGDs.
  4. Coordinate with the Assistant Project Coordinator before attending each event.
  5. Contact the Assistant Project Coordinator for all issues related to this contract.
  6. Ensure the participation of 5-8 participants in each FGD.
  7. The duration of the FGDs should be around 60-90 minutes.
  8. The FGD must take place in a comfortable room/place in a convenient location,
    meeting the needs of the participants.
  9. Before proceeding, ensure that participants fill in a consent form (Annex 2 – Consent
    Form), which has also to be signed by the researcher; submit one copy to the
    Assistant Project Coordinator and give another one to each participant, provided that
    they want to keep it.
  10. Before submitting the consent forms, and within 5 working days from the FGD, scan
    them and upload them in a specific Google Drive folder provided by the Project
    Coordinator.
  11. Inform the participants that the conversation will be recorded beforehand. If they do
    not agree, the researcher will just keep notes. Participants should be informed about
    the ground rules (including that the conversation will be recorded) and scope and
    aim of the research during the recruitment process, in order to avoid any confusion.
  12. Provide a detailed answer key (Annex 4 – Answer Key) of the participants answering
    the questions. It is not mandatory that all participants answer all questions, but the
    researcher must ensure that all answers are addressed. We need the key points of
    each participant as for example: P1. mentioned that he learnt about X…
  13. Scan and upload the filled templates in a specific Google Drive folder provided by the
    Project Coordinator within 5 working days from the FGD. Submit the paper templates
    to the Assistant Project Coordinator upon completion of the assignment.
  14. During FGD, make sure to point out that there are no right or wrong answers and that
    the point of the FGD is to understand their point of view. Underline that the whole
    process is entirely voluntary, that the participants can refrain from answering any of
    the questions or withdraw their participation at any point.
  15. In case participants say that something is off the record, the researcher must
    immediately pause the recorder and notify the participants of the FGD; the recorder
    can start again only after the confidential information has been shared. Anything that
    is said outside the recording part must not be included in the template/report.
  16. Submit copies of invoices related to payments of this contract.
  17. After completion of the assignment, send a statement to the Project Coordinator confirming that all required tasks have been completed.

Eligibility, qualifications and experience required
Essential requirements:
● Master’s degree in Social Sciences (Anthropology, Area Studies, International
Relations, Political Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, Law, Human Rights and related
subjects).
● Proven work experience of at least 3 years.
● Good interviewing skills.
● Facilitating skills.
● Previous experience in conducting qualitative research with specific focus on
interviews and Focus Groups Discussions.
● Ability to conduct qualitative reports.
● Language skills: excellent command of English; written and spoken fluency in
English, Urdu and at least one of the following languages: Punjabi, Pashto, Sindi,
Balochi.
● Ability to meet deadlines.
● Readiness to travel to the project intervention areas.
● Flexibility to perform the work at a high-quality level during the contract period and to
make changes when requested with attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently, coordinate with different stakeholders and contribute
to a teamwork process.
● Ability to travel in the events’ locations.
Desirable requirements:
● Knowledge of multiple Pakistani regional languages.
● Proven experience in working for funded projects in the social, development and
humanitarian sectors.
● Previous experience with the subject of migration.
● Previous participation in the implementation of EU-funded projects.
● Experience in working in international and multicultural teams.

Consultancy services for agency for influencers engagement

The European Research Institute Foundation (ERI) is seeking the services of a communication agency for the engagement of influencers to strengthen the proposed awareness campaign within the framework of the project “Safe and legAl alternatives for Pakistani potEntial migrants and migrants on the Route” (SAFER).

Duties 

 The awarded consultant shall perform the following tasks:

  1. Coordinate with the appointed communication agency responsible for the content production and management of the proposed campaign.
  2. Hire five (5) influencers to be involved in the proposed campaign. Usually, influencers are divided into categories based on their number of followers. Micro-influencers typically have between 1.000 and 100.000 followers; macro-influencers between 100.000 and 1 million followers; mega-influencers over 1 million followers. 
  3. Ensure, through the involved influencers, that the proposed social media campaign achieves the following target values established by the project indicators:
    1. at least 100.000 people reached in Pakistan;
    2. at least 5.000 followers of dedicated social media profile;
    3. at least 80 posts reposted;
    4. at least 5.000 visualisations of video contents on the dedicated social media platforms. 
  1. Develop an innovative strategic plan for the intervention of influencers.
  2. Coordinate and monitor the work of the influencers.
  3. Copy all posts by the involved influencers into documents in Word format shared on the project’s Drive folder, one document per influencer.
  4. Upload all videos produced by the involved influencers in a folder within the project’s Drive shared folder, one separate folder for each influencer.
  5. Provide regular Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) reports, other insights and recommendations for content improvement.
  6. Make sure that, unless specified otherwise by the Project Coordinator, all communication materials bear the EU logo, the mention of EU funding and the EU disclaimer. 
  7. Send copies of payment invoices to the Project Coordinator.
  8. After completion of the assignment, send a statement to the Project Coordinator confirming that all required tasks have been completed.

Eligibility, qualifications and experience required

Eligible applicants:

  • for-profit communication agencies;
  • legally registered in Pakistan (registration date before 1st June 2021).

Essential requirements:

  • Proven business experience of at least 3 years in producing media content.
  • Proven experience in conducting communication/awareness campaigns through social media.
  • Proven experience of conducting similar nature of work in the past 12 months with international organisations. 
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing.
  • Language skills: written and spoken fluency in English and Urdu. Knowledge of (written and spoken) Punjabi, Pashto, Sindi and Balochi will be an advantage. Capacity for translation of contents into such languages will be an advantage. 
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to perform the work at a high-quality level during the contract period and  to make changes when requested with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, coordinate with different stakeholders and contribute to a teamwork process.
  • Experience in covering social, humanitarian and development subjects.
  • Proven experience in conducting communication/awareness campaigns for non-profit organisations focusing on social media.
  • Previous participation in the implementation of EU-funded projects.
  • Experience in working in international and multicultural teams.
